مكتبة الوراق للكتب الادبية والتاريخية

عن الموقع يعتبر موقع المهندسين العرب أول موقع هندسي عربي على الانترنت ، حيث تم تأسيسه عام 2001 م و حتى الآن عدد الأعضاء المنتسبين له في المنتديات (http://www.arab-eng.org/vb/) تجاوز الـ 900 ألف عضو كأكبر تجمع هندسي عربي حتى الآن . و يهدف الموقع إلى نشر المعرفة الهندسية و تقديم كل ماله فائدة للمهندسين و المهتمين من خلال أقسامه العلمية و الهندسية المتعددة ، بالإضافة إلى وجود أقسام عامة تستقطب الكثير لمختلف النقاشات الهادفة.

نظرا لعدم توفر كتب ومحتوى تعليمي عربي مجاني كافي على الإنترنت في عام 2003، تم جمع بعض الكتب المبعثرة في الكثير من المنتديات والمواقع الإلكترونية وترتيبها في موقع واحد ليكون مرجعا سهلا لكل الباحثين والراغبين في التعلم.
ونظرا للتفاعل الكبير من قبل الزوار والذي تمثل في إرسال كتب ومقترحات للموقع، تم تطويره على عدة مراحل مذكورة في خط الموقع الزمني أدناه.
مازال الموقع قيد التطوير ولذا نرحب بأي مقترحات أو إضافات من قبل الزوار الأكارم.

ipl2 is a public service organization and a learning/teaching environment. To date, thousands of students and volunteer library and information science professionals have been involved in answering reference questions for our Ask an ipl2 Librarian service and in designing, building, creating and maintaining the ipl2's collections. It is through the efforts of these students and volunteers that the ipl2 continues to thrive to this day.

The OpenDOAR service provides a quality-assured listing of open access repositories around the world. OpenDOAR staff harvest and assign metadata to allow categorisation and analysis to assist the wider use and exploitation of repositories. Each of the repositories has been visited by OpenDOAR staff to ensure a high degree of quality and consistency in the information provided: OpenDOAR is maintained by SHERPA Services, based at the Centre for Research Communications at the University of Nottingham .
